vacation and sick pay withheld/overtime pay for salary employee
I worked for company for almost 5 years,was cut back to 3 day work week then quit following week. Employer is now trying to withhold vacation and sick time earned from previous year as i did not receive either 1st year working. Also was salary emoloyee first 4 years can hours reported to payroll company different than on time cards, always worked well over 40 hrs per week, company only reported 40 to payroll co. Please advise as to possible actions I can take.
