Need Advice on breaking lease because of bad landlord
My name is Nikki. I live in shadow tree apts. I have been here for 3 months and have nothing but problems. Now i Have a hole about 4 foot by 3 foot in my bathroom that has been there 7 days because of a water leek. Well they won't come fix it, and the water just keeps leeking. I've had someone out here twice and they just look up there and say''yep its still leeking.'' Nothing is getting done and my landlord won't help me. Do you think there somthing I can do to get out of here by the 1st so I don't have to pay another month staying in the hell hole?? thank you so much for your time.

Need to review yoiur lease and the relevant statute to advise. I would charge for this. What is your rent? Deposit amount?
