Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Arizona
So my mother in law lived in this place there was no lease it was just month to month, she ended up killing herself in dec. by dec. 31st i had everything out of there and the place cleaned up. She put a 500$ deposit down and the land lord said there is no way we can get the money back,,, do you think I should take it any farther or just leave it alone??

Sue the landlord in small claims court.
