Legal Question in Legal Ethics in Arizona

What it means -order of dismissal but the lawyer says all is well

on the superior courts site of maricopa county in az. on the case docket info. it says that the cival case is dismissed with prejudice but the lawyer states that he doesn't know what I'm seeing , that he has this matter all in his capable hands. the case is one that involves violations of civil rights, and the county and the sheriffs office. I don't know where to turn for help!

Any legal cause of action which has been dismissed with prejudice is over. Finished. Period. It cannot be filed again.

Ask a deputy Clerk of Court to advise you of the status of the case. If you believe you are not being advised truthfully, call the AZ Bar Association and file a complaint.
