Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

cat bite at pound

we went to adopt a cat at the local county run pound. My daughter got bit on the arm despite a worker there telling us that she got bit earlier that day but failed to mark the kennel with a ''bite warning'' do we have a basis for legal recourse?
