Legal Question in Personal Injury in Arizona

is it legal in the state of Arizona to have a 19 month old child on a Rhino, Polaris or any other off road vehicle?

Off-highway vehicle laws in this state and its subdivisions (counties, cities, etc.) are very limited. However, a brief review of what laws Arizona does have indicates nothing prohibiting minor children accompanying an adult on such vehicles. You may want to check with your owner's manual for safety recommendations, because laws usually follow such suggestions.
