What can a person legally remove from a home that has been foreclosed?

In general, anything that is not permanently attached to the home, the walls and the floors. Fixtures, built-in appliances, etc. become part of the real estate when attached to the home. If you installed a special chandellier and kept the original one, you could put the original back and take yours with you.
