Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

land sharks

Can one of those guys who tries to buy your house when it's in foreclosure call your family and pester them? Don't I have a right to keep my financial status private? Can a stranger divulge that kind of information about you?

Re: land sharks

Foreclosure information is public record. Once a foreclosure notice is filed, and recorded, the sharks circle. Ignore them. See an attorney if you need help. You are welcome to speak with me at no charge in a brief initial consultaion.
