Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I'd like to make a document that allows my friend to deal with my dogs, if I die. I'm a breeder of AKC Chihuahuas and have about 15 - 20 dogs at any one time. I would allow her to take all the dogs and either keep or sell them as she sees fit. Is there a form I can use for this purpose? What would this be? A power of attorney document?

The best way to do this is to set up a trust in your Last Will, or set up a separate trust for the care, support and maintenance of the dogs. You need to give your friend legal ownership of the dogs, so that she can deal with the dogs and satisfy the AKC requirements as well.
