Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Arizona

I have an Ex thats very seldom pays his child support. May I have him Quit claimed legally from a house (both our names are on the deed) that our neice and nephew are purchasing from us (basically their paying the monthly mortgage payments) in lieu of back child support and future payments.

Yes, you may accept the transfer of his interest in the property in exchange for back child support, and perhaps, some future child support, however, you must do more than just have him sign a quit claim deed to you. You should also have a written agreement with your neice and nephew regarding their purchase of the house from you. Both of these transactions require proper documentation, properly written and executed as required by law.
