You need a real estate attorney, experienced with real estate purchase contracts and be willing to take your complaint to court to pursue your claims for damages or to rescind the contract. I am such an attorney and would be happy to consult with you to review the documents that you have and the chronology of events, in order to advise you about your claims, the alternatives available, the approaches you could take to resolve the issues, and the like. I charge a fixed fee to do that and you are not obligated to go forward with the case unless you choose to do so. I don't know where you are located in AZ or how convenient it is for you to consult with me in Phoenix, however, you should retain legal counsel as soon as it is convenient for you.
