Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Arizona

Eviction from deceased mother's house

Currently living in my recently deceased mom's house. Will states house to be sold, split equally 3 ways between 2 sisters and myself. I plan on moving out as soon as feasible(within 2-3 months).Mortgage is currently being paid with estate funds. I've verbally agreed to pay rent & utilites. Personal representative wants me to sign a rental agreement which states I will be legally evicted if not out by a specified date. What happens if I don't sign the agreement, but continue to pay rent? What are personal rep's legal options? What are mine?

Re: Eviction from deceased mother's house

You better move out, this is a lease month by month and I would not recommend to fight the owners. You should negotiate a reasonable time frame for your move. All otheravenue are costly and not efficient.
