Questions regarding Veiwing a Relatives Will

I a persons last will and testment published as a public document anyware once it has been executed? If so How would I obtain a copy?

Thank you for your inquiry. After a person executes a will, it is a private document (not published or recorded. No one has the right to see a person's will during his/her lifetime. After the person dies, the Will itself is not published when a probate is opened, but it will become a part of the court's (public record) file. If there is no probate, there will be no public record of the will.
