I need to find a copy of a living will that my in-laws filed in Tucson, Pima County, AZ. They are both deceased.

Re: wills

Last wills and testaments have not been filed with the county for many years. If they are deceased, you may or may not need a probate. You can search the Pima County Superior Court web site to see if anything was filed in their names in the probate court.

We offer free, no obligation consultations and do estate work in all Arizona counties. For more free information see out blog at JenkinsLawCenter.blogspot.com

Good luck,

Re: wills

A living will is not a Last Will and Testament. It is a medical directive, which obviously is nolonger of any value.

If there is no valid Last Will, then a probate of their estates could be conducted and the assets distributed according to state law.
