Legal Question in Bankruptcy in Arkansas

divorce

my husband filed for divorce in Arkansas. He took me to his lawyer to sign a complaint form, temporary order form for children, and entry of apperance form. I refused to sign the forms in his lawyers office. these forms were filed on 8/18/2008 and they gave me until 10:30 0n 8/19/2008 to sign them or suffer the concequences. Do I have more time to obtain a lawyer and sign the forms?

Re: divorce

The forms were filed with court or they were just sent to you to look at?

I would highly recommend having an attorney look it over for you before signing. What is scheduled to happen on August 19, 2008? If there is a court date, I would go to the court date and ask for time to get an attorney, I'm not licensed in your state, but most judges give people time to find an attorney.
