Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas
What can I do ?
on feb. 3 2003 the police forced entry in to our house. No knock, no search warrant, did not announce who they were. a guy wore a wire in to our house trying to get us on methanphanimen drugs and other hard drugs. we did have a little marijuana in our house which i know is illigal. they did not right a reciept showing that it came out of our house. we never signed anything!!! they seized the pot but did not make any arrests.they told my husband if he would nark out someone who sold meth he would get off. my husband explained he did not know any one. they left us and we never heard form them again un till october when my husband had an warrant out for his arrest. What is the statue of limitations and wasent what they did wrong? what can we do?

The rules are that there are no rules !!! Hire an Attorney before a steamroller takes you to prison.
