Legal Question in Criminal Law in Arkansas

Misdameanor

My mom and i were stopped in Dermott,AR for my left headlight being out;she was driving i was on the passenger side;the officer said i am just going to give you a warning then he spotted my handgun in the back seat and i forgot that i had it loaded and i had another one loaded right behind my seat in a fanny pack;i was arrested i bonded out at 800 dollars;i came to my court date pleaded guilty and the judge read me my rights and set bail at 250,000 dollars but two weeks later reduced it to 15,000 dollars i spent two weeks in jail because of him my mom bonded me out and i still have to go back to court;My question is can he legally do that to me please give legal documents and where i can find them so i do not have to go back to court to get my stuff back by the way this was my first offense i have not been arrested before on anything Please help me.

My personal rule is never ever ever ever ever plead guilty at an arraignment.

You need a lawyer as you did when this thing started. There are issues which need to be considered here and this is not the proper forum to openly discuss them.
