Guardianship of parent
I need to find free legal aid in the state of AR.to file Guardianship of parent. To stop and set aside a power of attorney file by my brother-in law. This will need to be done for my wife and her mother. The brothers involved are trying to move her to a nursing home out of state. I have had a heart attack and have not worked in two years. My wife cares for her mom here in her moms house. The brothers are tring to move her to kick us out on the street and sale the house. The power of attorney was filed after the mother was diagnosed with Alzheimers. There has been a quick claim deed filed on the house by the brother with power of attorney.

I would suggest contacting Legal Aid of AR, in Little Rock.
