Legal Question in Medical Malpractice in Arkansas

making it worse..!!

how many years do you have to take perfesional that does works but does not give proper care causes probablem get worse.. other things have to be done buy another professional that knows better before he goes out bussiness and that first does not tell all that can be done etc.

Does this other professional tell you that the first one caused damage? What type of work are you talking about? Time is usually not of the essence as far as finding out if there was a problem. You do have a limit of time to file a cause of action if that is what is needed. An attorney would need to see your medical files to see what course of action you need to take, as well as need answers to the questions I asked above.
