Land Sold without my permission or signature.

What can I do about a piece of land that was sold without my signing any paperwork? Property deed was in 3 names...

As far as I know, a property can't be legally transferred without all the owners, or their agents, power-of-attorney, signing the deed that transfers the property. As long as all parties are of legal age and sound mind, I don't know how this would be done. Perhaps they didn't list you. Did everyone know you were a part owner of the property? Could someone have signed your name?

You may want to look into this further. You may want to contact an attorney to protect your interest in this property.

If this was done on purpose, you may have to go to court to get judge to un-do it.
