My brothers and I are joint owners with our Mother on some land. What are the legal ramifications upon Mother's death?

Re: Multiple land owners

Does the deed say anything about joint tenants with right of survivorship, or anything similar to that? If yes, then it is possible that her interest will be divided between the other 2 owners. That is, assuming, everything on deed was done correctly and nothing has been done to change since the deed was made.

If not, then your mother's interest in the property will go to whoever she states through her will. If no will, then there are statutes to determine who gets what.
