Legal Question in Veterans Law in Arkansas

Surgical sterility and testicle removed

I retired from the military and filed my VA disablity claim and was approved only for blood pressure, 10%, which is deducted from my retirement and then given back as untaxed disability pay. In my disability claim I also claimed sterility due to surgical procedures preformed by the military to aleviate pain. I was not awarded any disability for this. I have been taking hormones ever since being tested post-service and discovering that my testostorone was very low. As for sex drive, I basically don't have one which does not make for a happy marraige. Should I refile my claim?

If it is too late to appeal the prior denial, you should file a new claim asap to get the effective date for back benefits set. When you say you were not awarded any disability, was it a flat out denial or did they still grant it but for 0%? If you are service connected at 0%, then you need to file for an increase and tell them the problems have worsened.
