You have to send a notice to your husband about divorce. According to law, you have the right to divorce him as he is looking after you from 5 years. You can sue a case against him, but before that think once again. May be, he is in trouble that he couldn't contact you.

If you want to sue a case against your husband, it is very simple and will bear very less cost.

If your husband didn't look after you for 2 years or if he was traceless for 4 years, then you are entitled to get divorce by the Family Court. For this you have to sue a case of divorce against him. In that case you must know his local (Bangladesh) address. Anyone of his family can contest on behalf of him. It does not matter where or which place the marriage was solemnized.
