Legal Question in Real Estate Law in Bangladesh

My uncle came on vacation from abroad. He told me to move out of the house. The house belonged to my grandfather, whom along with my grandmother are dead years ago. Neither of them, willed the house's share to their three sons and 1 daughter. As far as I know according to Islamic law, my father would inherit some portion. The problem is that, I had an argument with my uncle, and he threatened me to move out. What if forces my father to agree with him. I am living in this house for the past 19 years of my life. I have nowhere to go. What should I do? What are my rights in the case of dispossesion?

If your father is alive and not supporting you in this, I am afraid there is very little you can do. After your grandfather's death your father and uncle (provided there is no other heir) will inherit the property. You will not be inheriting anything until your father passes away and even then the inheritance will be from your father, not from your grandfather. You cannot claim any right yet.
