Legal Question in Workers Comp in California

I`ve been injured 2 and 1/2 years ago , and made a surgery through workers comp. , now the insurance co. of my employer made bankruptcy before agreeing about the settlement , and stopped paying my checks , and the MRI bills , what will happen after that ? how can I get compensating claim with my disability ?
