Legal Question in Disability Law in California

Building Access

I live in the Beverly Hills area and use a wheelchair. I wish to be a customer of a store in the area that refuses to make their entrance ADA compliant. Mediation has failed. Is there anyone who can help me take the next step---filing a disability discrimination law suit? thanks.

Re: Building Access

Sure, as long as the building was built after 1952 or has been remodeled in any way since the ADA was passed. Older places are 'grandfathered' under the law. Contact me to discuss your facts, as I would be happy to take the case if it is valid.

Re: Building Access

if you can email more detailed facts on your case, especially in respect to what all you have tried other than mediation to date to further your case, as well as the store's defenses to date to block your claims, i may be able to further assist and/or represent you legally in this matter.
