Legal Question in Disability Law in California
We are a nonprofit in California working with deaf children. Our articles of incorporation and bylaws list all of our work to be with deaf and hard of hearing children. What do we have to do if we want to expand our to include children and teens with ADHD?

Simply modify the bylaws in accordance with the bylaw provisions of how to do so, No big deal to make such minor changes.
