when a accident has occured and the damge of the accident is below the 750.oo level do the victim has the right to sue the other if not up to date information is given? please explain

You always have the right to sue the other driver for property damage including loss of use and diminution in value; as well as for bodily injury including medical bills, loss of earnings, loss of future earning capacity and pain and suffering; regardless of amount.

If only property damage is involved and the amount is less than $7500.00, sue the other driver in small claims court.

If there was ANY bodily injury at all, consult a lawyer in person right away.
