Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in California

Appealing A Case Of Air Freshener And Brillo Pad (Common Household Items) - For

we were cited around (9/11) 2001 for selling (air fresheners and brillo pads- labeled by the manufacture to be used FOR “HOME, OFFICE OR AUTO,” “TO BE KEPT AWAY FROM OPEN FLAME,” AND IS “NON-TEMPERATE GLASS.” We feel the Department of Alcohol Beverage Control has made a colossal mistake in our case. We are in need of assistance or attorney representation with appealing a case of air fresheners and brillo pads (Common Household Items). The Department of Alcohol Beverage Control Appeals Board- [proceeded in excess of its’ jurisdiction because these items are not beverages and they do not contain alcohol]. We are victims of not only of racism, discriminatory enforcement of the law, impractical interpretations of the law. The Opinion from the ABC Appeals Board was entered on February 11, 2005 (They saw only what they wanted to see-making no reference to any laws). One judge even kept looking up at the sealing during oral argument and he didn’t even sign the opinion. Can You Help Prepare a writ for Appeal?
