Buying equity subject to liquidation of home
Is there a method or process to buy equity from a BK trustee in lieu of selling my home and using proceeds to pay creditors?
Properties value has appreciated since filing CH 7, therefore creating possible equity for creditors after settling trust deed, tax liens, and homestead exemption.
