Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

im filing bankrupcy without a lawyer and im also filing the paper to have the filing fee waived but my concern is i work under the table and i get paid by a buisness check from my work but its not a payroll check so how am i suppose to show proof of my income

im filing bankrupcy without a lawyer One of the major disadvantages of filing without a lawyer is that you have no case against yourself for malpractice. You also have no buffer between yourself and the system as far as possible bankruptcy fraud charges.
