Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

No insurance, got into accedent can this be included in bankruptcy?

I got into a car accedent I dont have insurance, the other car has insurance. I was just wondering if this can be included in a bankruptcy after the insurance company bills me. I was thinking of filing anyways I have many other debts that I cannot repay. If you can help me on this question that would be great. Also of it helps anything the accedent occured on private property.

claims against an uninsured motorist are considered unsecured debts and are normally dischargeable in a chapter 7 bankruptcy.
