Legal Question in Bankruptcy in California

I lost a small calim case. How do I protect my wife bank account from the creditor. She is the only person in our household who works soon.

You have the right to appeal the small claims case if you think you still have a valid defense.

That said, one way to protect the bank account is to not have money in it. However, if the judgment creditor is sophisticated, he/she can conduct a debtors' examination to find out where all of your assets may be.
