Purcased an automobile outside of my chapter 13 without trustee's approval what are the ramification

None if you did not use credit. Cannot use credit in Chapter 13 without court permission and usually the Trustee is authorized by the court to approve the credit purchases if without certain amounts determined to be reasonable and upon evidence that you need the vehicle.
