Bamusi wants to sell his car and posts a letter to an acquaintance,Tayiweni,offering to sell it to him for Mk1,000,000.00 and further indicates that he need a reply by 10th October,2012. on 5th October,2012, Tayiweni hears from his comrade, jack, that Bamusi has already agreed to sell the said Car to James. Nevertheless, Tayiweni posts a letter of acceptance agreeing to buy the car at the offered priced. Bamusi receives the letter on 9th October. With reference to decided cases,consider Bamusi's potential contractual liability to Tayiweni and to James.
