business lease

same landlord lease retail shop which sells lots dulpicated items that i sell now right next to my covenient store. How can I do? Can I sue landlord?

If this is against your agreement yes you can sue for breach of contract for your damages, or maybe even get an injunction. You will have to hire an attorney to review your agreement and the situation.
