Legal Question in Business Law in California

My capital one credit card debt was managed by third party management company, through out that it was managed, capital one reported my account as open to all three beaureus. Even though, my debt was managed, my debt is current. Once my account is paid off, they decided to close my account, I was not aware that they are going to close the account until Icall them, I wrote them a letter not to close my account, but no answer so far. Can they really close my acount without any written explanation that they will close my account? What is my right as a customer to have the account remain open? What is their legal authority to close my account? I feel that my rights have been taken away since they the one who set the terms and decide whether they wanted to close or open my account.

Unfortunately there are no legal rights to credit. They are not required to lend you koney or keep the card open.
