Legal Question in Business Law in California

I need help with a car legal question. I bought a car for $5300 but in the files it only states only as $3200. The car is fully paid. Is it possible that the seller can take the car back and refund me only $3200 exactly the amount on the title and scam me out of $1100.

Interesting offer from Mr. Marman. I wonder what he thinks the answer should be. I'm going to say that a sale is final and the seller cannot, no way, nohow, take it back. This assumes that the transaction was in compliance with DMV expectations, you got a signed pink slip, etc.

If there were irregularities in the documentation, God only knows where the parties stand.
