kids participation in clubs and organizations
can kids legally start and run a club and at what age what are the legal aspects of kid in leadership positions and volunteering in community. non school clubs kids age 9 and up. where to find how to legally registar clubs?

They can start a club and it does not have to be registered. It is called freedom of association and can be found under the first amendment of the U.S. Constitution.
