Max intrest rates
What is the mamxium amout an credit collection agency is allowed to charge? and what can I do if a company is charging to much? a company in california is charging about 50%. I have paided the amount stated more than 3 years ago and they will not remove it from my credit report until I pay 500.00 in intrest on a 1200.00--name removed--
