Can a neighboring business, as part of the same business complex, use the wall space of another business to post a business name?

Typically not, since that part of the business building is reserved for the other tenant. If the other tenant allows you to use it, it should be okay.

Sounds like the answer should be NO, but isn't this covered in your lease, or can you ask the landlord? Or, if you own the property, have you or your precursors given the other business an easement?
