Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

Defamation in Family Court

Son's mother has accused father of sexual, physical, mental and every type of other abuse and neglect over several years in several cases in Family Court. All allegations have been found by CPS and judges to be unsubstantiated. What legal recourse do I have to prevent or diminish this abuse of legal system and damage to my character?

Re: Defamation in Family Court

File seeking 'vexatious litigant' finding and court order against her. It would prevent her from filing any action without specific advance approval of the judge. You might also be able to sue her for abuse of legal process, but unless she has 'money' to collect against, you would be wasting your money suing. If serious about seeking the court order, feel free to contact me.
