If a defendant in a lawsuit was being accused by a plaintiff with concealment of documents and that this concealment of documents caused �prior orders to wrongly decided� would a Federal District Court in a pending lawsuit immediately grant a plaintiffs request for early discovery for�critical documents that is in defendants possesion and coontrol whichthey concealed from plaintiff� causing plaintiff to suffer greater civil rights violations.

Your lawyer should know the answer to this one, and if you don't have a lawyer you have no business attempting to play one in federal court.

If you really have a good federal civil rights case you should be able to find a lawyer to take it, since lawyer fees are reimbursed in civil rights cases.
