Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
If a person tells me, "I'm recording this conversation" and I say "I don't want to be recorded" and they say "as song as I tell you I'm recording you it is ok" and I still deny is it illegal for them to continue to record our conversation?

You can always hang up after being told of the recording.
