Sure, maybe? Hire an attorney in that state, if he says there are grounds to do so.

Sure. Hire an attorney in that state to contest the case, or to set aside the judgment, if he says there are grounds to do so.

If you are asking if you can contest the 'enforcement' of a sister state judgment where someone is trying to collect and levy on you in CA, then there are some procedures available to 'fight' that levy. If that is the case, and it is in SoCal courts, feel free to contact me for legal help.
