Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California

There is one trade show we need to attend on this coming august. 2013 in las vegas, since the rate is really high for the trade show booth space. There are 13 big exhibitors writing the email to negotiate with the trade show hosting company for lower rate. After the negotiation, the hosting company was agreed on lower the rate for those 13 big exhibitors only but not to all the exhibitor ( there are over 500 exhibitors big or small for the trade show) my questions is that illegal if the trade show company lower the booth rate on small group of the exhibitors?

Companies are [still] free to run their business any way they like [i.e. free enterprise, capitalism]. If you don't agree with their terms or policies, you don't have to do business with them.
