Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in California
I have a written financial contract between me and another person for a vehicle payment. The other party has not been paying the payment due to being arrested for involuntary manslaughter out in the San Luis Obispo area. I wanted to know if it was possible to me take back possesion of the vehicle because the other party has not been abiding by our contract. Also, how I would go about it due to being in the state of FL.
