No Money- No Justice

After ten agonizing years to save my business in which process I lost my house, business and at the end my apartment.Unable to aford an expert witness the judge dismissed my case before i have the chances to state it, so the defendant went Scot free.I would need a help since I am in proper tho appeal this unjust rulling that an expert witness can make a jurry nul and void, simply unfair!

You didn't give any other information, but I gather you went to court acting as your own lawyer, and you lost. Now, after your case is over, you want legal advice. You probably have no basis for an appeal, because you committed legal malpractice against yourself. You lost the case because you did not know what you were doing, and this is no one's fault except yours. You should have consulted a lawyer 10 years ago, before you lost your home and your business. Next time get legal advice beforehand.
