Just guessing, but it sounds like you've got a troubled project. Absent some landlord-tenant relationship, it's difficult to imagine a situation where an owner of real property could be lawfully excluded from that property. One of the primary aspects of ownership is an absolute right to be on and in possession of one's land.

Some additional information would be helpful, but even if you could, query whether that's asking for more trouble than its worth.
