statute of limitations for contribution actions. Construction Defect
Bearing in mind the 10 year statute of limitations for a construciton defect claim in CA, what statute is applied to a contribution action being filed? Is it the 2 or 4 year statute and is it in addition to the 10 year? So effectively when is the last date an action could be brought against an insurer in this envioronment.
